3 Bedrooms - 2 baths. Sleeps up to 8 people. This charming cottage is located at 199 Seacrest Beach Blvd. East in the private community of Seacrest Beach which is situated between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. One of the primary features of Seacrest Beach is the award winning 12,000 square foot swimming pool with multiple-levels, waterfalls, fountains and two bath houses. It is truly beautiful!  A short 1.5 block walk down the brick paved street will lead you to the pool.

Want to spend time at the beach? Our house is a short 5 minute walk to the beach. If you don't want to walk, give the Seacrest Beach private beach tram a call. They will pick you up at your front door and take you right to the beach at no charge!

The living/dining area features beautiful wide-planked hardwood floors. The kitchen has granite countertops and is equipped with everything you will need. We have even included a large stock pot for your family seafood boil! The dining table will seat 6 with additional seating for 3 at the kitchen counter. A separate laundry/mud room includes a full size washer and dryer for your convenience.

The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. One King, one Queen and two Full beds. Each bedroom has its own TV. Should you need to work while you are on vacation, wireless internet is provided for your use.

There is so much to do in the area. You can walk or bike to the Villages of South Walton, Rosemary Beach or Alys Beach where you will find shops, Starbucks, restaurants, spa, etc. Didn't bring your bike? Bike rentals are available nearby with 19 miles of bike and jogging trails along scenic Highway 30-A for you to explore and enjoy. Our favorite ride is to Seaside, 8 miles away, where you can enjoy lunch or shopping. A little further past Seaside will bring you to Watercolor with an incredible French Pastry Shop ~ you rode your bike so you deserve a treat!

Golfing is available within a few miles of our home. Rosemary Beach offers clay court weekly tennis memberships and lessons. Rosemary Beach also offers weekly memberships to their fitness center. If fishing is your thing, there are several coastal lakes nearby.
